Mini excavator lifting operation

The operating specifications that should be followed when the mini excavator is hoisted.

Please observe the following operating rules:

1. The mini excavator is installed with a bucket hook that meets the hoisting requirements. It is forbidden to directly put the sling on the bucket teeth; strictly check whether the hook is intact before operation.

Many people think that an excavator is a machine for digging soil, used to load a car, dig a trench, or level the ground. In fact, excavators can also do many kinds of work, such as crushing, dismantling, hoisting, etc., these are the tasks that excavators often do. For novices, hoisting of excavators is a very dangerous operation. Today we will talk about the points that need to be paid attention to in the hoisting operation.

When hoisting an excavator, a bucket is generally used to hook up objects. Depending on the object to be hoisted, the hook at the back of the bucket can be used, or it can be hung directly on the teeth. These two hooking places should be determined according to the actual situation, otherwise it will cause safety hazards.

There is a hook behind the general bucket. It is safe to use it for hoisting, especially when the object needs to be hoisted to a certain height. If the rope is hung on the bucket teeth, it will easily slip off during the lifting process. The use of hooks can ensure that the rope will not slip off, which is the recommended safe hoisting method.

So is it not recommended to use bucket teeth for hoisting at all? Of course not. When the hoisted object is very close to the excavator, it is very suitable to use the bucket teeth to directly hook the object. In addition, if the lifting distance is not very high, using a bucket tooth hook is also very convenient.

2. Stable bottom plate to prevent rollover

For those who practice martial arts, what is important is that the bottom plate is stable, and the waist and the horse are united in order to exert great strength. The same is true for the hoisting of excavators. A stable body is the precursor to safe operations.

To prevent the excavator from overturning, the excavator must stand on a horizontal stopping surface when hoisting; if you hoist objects on an inclined surface, you can first dig out a horizontal stopping surface.

In addition to the stopping surface, the orientation of the excavator chassis is also very important. The smaller the angle between the hoisting direction and the chassis track direction, the safer the excavator, and the larger the angle, the more likely it is to cause the excavator to overturn.

When the mini-excavator is hoisted, it is actually a lever state, and you must always pay attention to the distance from the center of gravity of the hoisted object to the center of gravity of the excavator. The closer the lifting object is to the center of gravity of the excavator, the safer the excavator and the greater the lifting capacity; the farther the lifting object is from the center of gravity of the excavator, the greater the risk of the excavator overturning, and the greater the lifting capacity of the excavator. limit.

3. Reasonable operation and safe

When hoisting, pay attention to a reasonable order of manipulation, and give priority to lifting the boom. When the boom is in place, the forearm and bucket can be opened, which will also have a certain lifting effect.

When hoisting the object, you must pay attention to it. Don't lift it too high when you don't need to lift it too high. Once the excavator is in danger of overturning, take time to lower the boom and place the hoisted object on the ground quickly.

Sometimes when hoisting an object, an excavator not only needs to lift the object in the vertical direction, but also place the object in a certain angle position. At this time, it needs to cooperate with the on-site construction personnel's command gestures. When rotating and adjusting the angle, the crawler and the rotation need to be moved at the same time.
